La Cámara Federal porteña resolvió que la causa que investiga al presidente Mauricio Macri por dos sociedades off shore, conocida como "Panamá Papers", pase del fuero federal porteño al penal económico al dejar firme por falta de apelación fiscal ante esa instancia el cierre de la investigación por el delito de lavado de activos, según una resolución de la sala II del Tribunal de Apelaciones a la que accedió Télam.
